A profile, badge, directory placement or other appearance on PList should not by itself be understood as a guarantee of a professional's identity, licensing status, quality, performance or suitability.
Users should independently verify relevant credentials and details before entering into a transaction.
Prohibited Use
You must not use PList to:
- Commit fraud, deception, impersonation or other unlawful activity.
- Upload malware, malicious code or content intended to damage or disrupt the website.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases or administrative systems.

Listing Review, Moderation & Removal

We are not required to publish every submitted listing or profile, and publication does not mean that PList has independently verified every statement contained in it.
